| The Victorian State Government will soon offer a subsidy in the region of $1,200 per farm, to fit rollover protection devices to quad bikes. The scheme will enable farmers to fit the rollover devices onto existing quad bikes, or will help them to be able to purchase safer vehicles. Two farmers in rural Victoria have lost their lives in the past three months, when overturned quad bikes have crushed them. |
